How much do 0333 numbers cost to call?
- All mobile networks include calls to 0333 numbers within your minute’s allowance.
- Charges will vary by your network if you are outside your free minutes
- If you are calling from a landline, charges do vary. Home landline packages will often include free evening and weekend calls or similar incentives. In this case, if you call 0333 numbers during the free call periods, you are not likely to be charged anything extra for making the 0333 call. However, if you call the 0333 number outside of these inclusive evening and weekend period, you will be likely charged for making the call.

Your Right To Compensation
CoverBuilder is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of insurance cover and the circumstances of the claim. Most insurance contracts are covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements can be obtained from the FSCS.
Making A Claim
The claims number you need to call will vary depending on which insurance policy you have chosen to take with us. Details of the number to call can be found in your policy schedule, accessible by logging in to your client portal. Alternatively, give our friendly customer service team a call with your policy reference and they will be able to connect you to the correct department.
